Why get therapy?

Life can feel heavy at times - maybe it feels like you’re lost, alone, or that no one could really ‘get’ what you’re going through. It’s easy to get caught in a spiral of weighing thoughts before we even realise it. Therapy can help you to reconnect with that hopeful voice inside, even if it feels like it’s dwindling. You will be heard. Together, we can work through the ruptures and difficulties that weigh on you, and start finding new ways forward.

What does a session look like?

Our session might be quiet or lively, calm or full on. It’s a chance for you to slow down and reflect, and a space for us to build a genuinely meaningful connection. It’s a synergy and a rhyme that creates room for us to step back, explore new perspectives and notice new possibilities around us.

Where when and how much?

Sessions are usually 50 minutes and can take place either in person or online, whichever works best for you. While many clients self-fund, it's worth noting that several health insurers cover the cost of therapy with me so do check with them if you have private health insurance. For info on scheduling or more specific pricing feel free to reach out to my practice manager.
