Terms & Conditions

My service is private and confidential and I adhere to the codes of conduct and professional standards as set out by the BPS and HPC. Here’s a quick summary of what you need to know about sessions, fees, and confidentiality:

Session length

Sessions run for about 45 - 50 minutes, giving us enough time to make steady progress together

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a fee being charged​

Payment

Fees must be paid before your appointment (insurance companies are invoiced on the day)

Confidentiality

Records are stored securely -  confidentiality is assured unless there is a serious risk to anyone’s safety
